We’re excited to announce the completion of our first housing project under the Zentra Homes brand. Our One Meadow development on Victoria Road in Eccleshill, West Yorkshire, is now finished, featuring 24 beautifully designed two, three, and four-bedroom homes.

Construction was handled by Jack Lunn as our principal contractor, with key support from Acanthus WSM Architects, ABA Consulting, Crookes Walker, and Cushman & Wakefield. Sales and marketing have begun, led by WW Estates and William H Brown.

This development also marks the beginning of our journey as Zentra Group, after our recent rebrand from One Heritage Group (OHG). It reflects our new focus on residential development here in the UK, and we’re excited about what’s ahead!
