Tenant Fees

Assured Shorthold Tenancies

Holding fee*: 1 weeks rent
Deposit: 5 weeks rent

Holding fees are deducted from initial monies upon commencement of a tenancy. A deposit will be registered and protected with a deposit protection scheme and returned in accordance with the terms of a Tenancy Agreement and Prescribed Information.
