Wilson Kwan is a property relationship manager at Zentra Group plc. He holds a BSc in Building Surveying from the Northumbria University and have over 8 years’ experience in the field. His role is to manage our service apartments, rental properties and embraced continual improvement based on past experiences. Wilson had the privilege of contributing to various projects across different firms; mainly tackled emergency repairs, major and minor projects for aided schools under the Education Bureau in Hong Kong. Wilson provides abilities ranged from feasibility studies to advising on design layouts, all while keeping a close eye on construction schedules and communication with end-users and meticulous adherence to building regulations, fire safety, and accessibility standards were paramount.
