Tom Chambers serves as Development Manager at Zentra Group plc, focusing on sourcing and acquiring new development opportunities, managing projects through the development pipeline phases and identifying suitable exit and funding routes. He has extensive experience in real estate development, having previously been Senior Development & Acquisition Manager at Amstone Developments, where he led key projects including a major placemaking residential scheme in Stockport and a Build to Rent project in Derby. Tom also has over 10 years of experience leading the UK development pipeline for a NYSE-listed children’s nursery group. He holds a BA Hons in Business Studies and an MSc in Real Estate & Property Management from the University of Salford.
