A Chartered Certified Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in the construction, housebuilding and property development sector. Paul has BA Hons, MBA and FCCA qualifications and has held various senior financial roles within development companies in the UK, Singapore and South America. He has successfully negotiated and set up joint ventures for large mix-use development projects with a combined value in excess of £750m. Paul has knowledge in taxation, trusts and M&A, having successfully been involved in the purchase, development and successful exit of various projects including a hotel, shopping mall and various mix use projects.
