Jason Upton is the Chief Executive Officer of Zentra Group plc. He originally founded the company as One Heritage Property Development (UK) Limited in June 2019. Under his leadership, the company achieved a successful listing on the London Stock Exchange as One Heritage Group plc in December 2020. In October 2024, Jason oversaw the rebranding of the company to Zentra Group plc. During his tenure, the company has completed over £35 million in residential property developments.

With extensive experience in Operations Management and Business Development, Jason’s expertise spans the Debt Management, Financial Services, Banking, and Property Development sectors. He is known for overseeing complex operations and driving strategic growth.

Before founding One Heritage Property Development (UK) Limited, Jason was Operations Manager at Totemic Financial Services Limited from 2009 to 2016. Following that, from 2016 to 2019, he served as CEO of J Upton Limited, a management consultancy where he advised major clients, including Nationwide Building Society, on business strategy and operations within the Financial Services and Banking industries.
Jason holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Lincoln, UK. His leadership continues to shape Zentra Group PLC’s growth and success in the UK property development market.
