Connor Moylan is the Managing Director of Zentra Property Services. In January 2026, he joined Zentra Group plc to lead its Lettings and Property Management function, establishing and scaling the group’s residential management platform.

With extensive experience across block management, residential lettings and investor relations, Connor has built a reputation for combining strong commercial performance with a people-first leadership philosophy. He has overseen complex residential developments, Right to Manage transitions, large-scale service charge budgeting, and multi-stakeholder projects involving developers, freeholders, leaseholders and international investors.

Beyond his executive role, Connor is Vice Chairman of the Sale Town Regeneration Group (Uniquely Sale), where he supports local economic growth and placemaking initiatives. He is also a founding member of Construct CIC, a collective of industry leaders committed to the advancement of the built environment across Greater Manchester. Through this work, he contributes to shaping positive, sustainable transformation within the region’s property sector.
