Ben Scandrett joined Zentra Group plc in June 2024 as Group Development Director, where he is responsible for executing the group’s development strategy.

With over 25 years of experience in both residential and commercial markets, Ben has managed complex, multi-stakeholder projects across the UK. His previous role at Brookhouse Group involved managing a £400 million commercial portfolio and expanding the residential business to provide innovative housing solutions. Ben earned a BSc Hons in Property Management and Investment from Salford University and is a Chartered member of the RICS. His extensive experience in development and asset management supports Zentra’s growth and strategic objectives.
