Alex Wigfield was appointed by Zentra Group plc in September 2025 as Senior Land Consultant, where he is responsible for identifying and delivering Land led opportunities in line with the Groups corporate business strategy.

With over 20 years’ experience in the suburban residential sector Alex has demonstrated a strong track record of delivering commercially attractive development opportunities across a suite of tenures for a variety of end users. Prior to Zentra, Alex was at Countryside Properties PLC for seven years, Bellway PLC for seven years and the Anwyl Homes for seven years. This broad range of experience ensures Alex has experience of negotiating complex legal agreements, across greenfield and brownfield land, with landowners, funders, local authorities and local stakeholders. Alex commenced his career by gaining a BSc (Hons) in Planning and Development Surveying at Northumbria University.
