We are pleased to announce that One Heritage Group (OHG) has officially rebranded and will now be known as Zentra Group plc. This change marks an important evolution in our company’s journey, reflecting a renewed strategic focus and a step towards greater independence from the original One Heritage brand.
The new name, Zentra Group plc, is designed to better align with our long-term vision and ambitions within the property development sector. As we move forward, our aim is to create modern, sustainable, and high-quality living spaces that meet the needs of today’s diverse housing market.
Our New Structure
Under the Zentra Group plc banner, we will be introducing two distinct sub-brands:
- Zentra Living, which will focus on delivering contemporary apartments in urban areas, catering to professionals seeking vibrant city living.
- Zentra Homes, which will focus on building traditional homes for families and individuals, with an emphasis on quality and community.
This refined approach will allow us to tailor our developments to different market segments, ensuring we continue to meet a broad range of housing needs.
Our Track Record
While our name has changed, our commitment to quality remains unwavering. Since our listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2020, we have delivered over 150 residential properties and managed more than 100 others. Our developments, including One Victoria in Manchester, Liberty House in Sheffield, Lincoln House in Bolton, St Petersgate in Stockport, and Victoria Road in Eccleshill, are just some examples of our work in building vibrant communities.
Looking to the Future
At Zentra Group plc, we remain focused on growth, with plans to continue delivering innovative residential developments while seeking regeneration and growth opportunities through partnerships with local authorities and registered providers.
Jason Upton, our Chief Executive Officer, stated: “This rebrand represents a significant milestone for us. By realigning our operations and focusing on our core strengths in residential development, we are positioning Zentra Group for long-term success.”
We are excited about this next chapter as Zentra Group plc and look forward to continuing our journey of creating outstanding homes and developments. Keep an eye out for updates on our upcoming projects as we continue to grow and innovate.
